Information about the L-TEAM The L-team (Leadership, Training, Empowerment, And Motivation) functions as student ambassadors for leadership by promoting campus involvement, serving as resources, and providing leadership training for students and organizations.
L-Team members will be training to work as peer consultants and assist student organizations with motivation, recruitment, group dynamics, and training issues. Members will have the opportunity to develop their skills in the areas of leadership, communication, public speaking, and group facilitation.
Applicants should have varied leadership experience and the ability to work as part of a team. Interested students should complete an application and return to it to Lisa Snyder, Associate Director of Leadership Education And Development in SUB I, Room 222 or via campus mail at MS 2A4.
