AnyOne Can (Wellness, Alcohol, Violence Education Services)
AnyOne Can teaches students who may witness others at risk – in “red flag” situations – how to safely intervene, and the importance of intervention.
Everyone should feel empowered to stand up for each other’s safety and well-being in potentially dangerous situations, instead of taking a passive or helpless approach. You can become an advocate and ally to your peers in small, everyday ways. Bystanders should have not only the option, but the obligation to step in and offer a helping hand – even if it’s just to ask, are you ok?
Please note that these workshops are facilitated by the staff in Wellness, Alcohol, Violence, Education Services (WAVES)
